Smoking in the flat on the balcony

There’s constant cigarette smoke coming through the ventilation and even through the windows via the recuperation system, despite doors being closed.
Do we have a house rule about smoking indoors and in the courtyard?  It would be great if smoking could be kept outside of the building as many already do—to keep the air clean for everyone.

Hello, no, we don't have any rules. But by law, you can't disturb neighbors with pollution (smoking, smell, etc.).
